Outgoing mail should be attached to the issue
Following scenario:
1. Customer sends a request by email
2. I read the request (Outlook) and I open a redmine issue via outlook addin. And I assign the request to another Person (X). Original Message as attachement (works fine!)
3. X analyzes the request an answers the request in redmine
4. Now I want to reply the original customer email in my outlook. My reply (only the reply text) should be visible as a note in redmine. And the whole outgoing mail should be attached to the issue.Or how can I reply by email an get the answer documented…

Link other emails in the stream to the Task
When you get a reply to a message that is already assigned to a task, or view your own reply, the linked task appears in the task pane.
It would be good if you could link the current email to the task as well.
i.e. using the add button in the attachments tab

Great Add-In-but no way of Assigning a Tracker to a Group...
Loving the plugin, am less and less accessing my redmine via web interface and more on Outlook. I have noticed though that I cant assign a tracker to a group, but only to individuals. Can this be added? Otherwise keep up the great work.

if attachments are added automatically I would need the remove feature
if attachments are added automatically I would need the remove feature because most attachments are not useful (company logo’s etc.). So I would choose between adding attachments + remove feature or not adding them at all (wich I would use most of the time). A delete all function would be the best of both worlds perhaps.

Allow add the content of an email to an existing ticket in the history
It is possible to implement a feature to add the content of an email to an existing ticket in the history?
At the moment I can only create new tickets based on emails and I think it would be very helpful when I could add email content also as a step in the history of a ticket..
Now I have to copy the content in the clipboard, next I have to open the redmine website and open the ticket in edit mode and paste the email content. This could be better :-)

Add-In does not limit statuses as required the workflow
Hello
I have question regarding workflow of status changes.
I’ve setup a workflow for a group how they are allowed to change Issue status. And it works fine in the web version of Redmine. But with the Outlook plugin I can see and select all issues statuses and is not limited to the workflow.Is ther a setting im missing?
