Add email to ticket with context menu
Sometimes I only want to add as example an outgoing mail to an ticket. There would be an easy way super.
For example. Right klick on the mail. Add to ticket.
An extra window opens where I could add an comment and could select how the mail is attacht. Only add attachments or the whole email.

Integration with RedmineCRM plugins
I have an idea,
We are using RedmineCRM plugins – [Professional Redmine Plugins | RedmineUP|https://www.redmineup.com/pages/plugins]
Is there a way how to integrate it to the Outlook Plugin?

A shortcut for "WatchedTickets" on the top tool ribbon, or customizable menu

If you configure outlook your own way, you can setup a folder „mytickets“ up above (see pic). There is no „watched tickets“ in this menu. You cannot setup. The only way to go is the „folder-menu“ (the one you showed me). But there is too much information I don’t really need. It only confuses, especially when you have some more email@ (long list☹). Much easier could be the way I showed you. Then you don’t need to open the „folder-menu“.

the date of linked emails is automatically marked and showed in the history of a ticket
correspondence inside the tickets is sorted and stamped by date it is received
It’s more about a deeper integration of Email. The email date and time is just plain text in a note. The date and time of the comment/note is always the time you added it.
The date and time of the comment should be the real time of the email. Then the chronological history of email could be displayed. From old to latest. Even if you entered one email at the wrong time.

Idea for easier sorting emails

This could be much faster. The way now: I watch every nescessary ticket. In order to drag and drop Emails I go to „watched“ ticketsà pin ità go to emailàthan drag and drop.
Sent Email: I have to do the same thing as mentioned above in Folder „sent Emails“. Other way: put a[R # XXXX] in it to attach it to the ticket directly. If you drag and drop it, you might forget to attach it because you are in folder „Mail Inbox“.

Communication ticket RMOA-196
The further correspondence: answer to the client, answer from the client are attached to one ticket, so every email according to the ticket number is attached to that current ticket.

Settings for default values
Settings for default values...e.g. like:
Due date: start date + 5 WD on ToDo tracker
Due date: start date + 10 WD on WP tracker
...and many other default value could be set.

as a mac user i want the plugin to expose an .ics file endpoint
I'm a mac user and I'd like to be to subscribe to a project calendar (.ics file) to view the issues in my Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders applications. Does the plugin expose an .ics file endpoint?

Delete an email added as a note from a ticket RMOA-216
Easy to add an email to a ticket as a note but not possible to delete from redmine plugin. Sometimes our server is slow and I add twice an email but have to jump to Redmine to delete double added notes.

At the moment the Add-In is not compatiable with the New User Experience mode of Easy Projects.
At the moment the Add-In is not compatiable with the New User Experience mode of Easy Projects. When i switch to this new mode the Add-In starts to make errors. I want to use the new mode of Easy projects together with the Add-In.

Project/team issues managed from calendar view
It would be nice to use calendar view for managing project/team members issues. Customised calendar views (with field filtering) and schedule view would bring new user experience to task management

Add email into issue as comment and/or attachment
When using Redmine we often transfer email message content into ticket comments. It would be nice to be able to easily convert an email message content into a comment for a certain Ticket. For example to have it as a third option in the Redmine conversion context menu (besides "convert to ticket" and "convert to project").
So far mails can be attached to tickets or converted into tickets but attaching the content of an email to a ticket comment has to be made manually via copy&paste. The solution above would save time.3 votes -
Email History is appended to the comment
When Linking an Email to an Issue, the whole Email History is appended to the comment. Is it possible to automatically skip the history?
Also, There is Only a Datestamp, but a real Timestamp would be great!

When I attach a Picture from clipboard, it’s uploaded as Bitmap, which results in a quite big file.
Is it possible to change this to .png?

Link with an issue - dropdown list would mirror the project structure
After selecting from the context menu of an email the
"redmine window" in the sidebar opening there is the option to convert a
mail to a new issue or to link the mail to an existing issue. There is a
dropdown menu to find a fitting existing issue as well as a search box. It
would be nice if the dropdown list would mirror the project structure so it
might be is easier to find fitting issues with reference to the respective
projects instead of ticket name or issue number.2 votes -
Display My Owned issues/tasks
For some reason the add-in displays my tickets and watche#d tickets but doesnt offer an option of having a default view for created tickets.
