"The value of the property 'type' cannot be parsed. The error is: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Business.Application.Fba,Version=14 ... cannot find the file specified. (c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VSTO\10.0\VSTOIntaller.exe.Config line 10)".

 If you receive this error while trying to install the Outlook Plugin, please do the following:
  1. Download DeleteVSTOConfig.bat 
  2. Right click the bat and Run as Administrator 
  3. Re-install the Outlook Plugin
If the batch file is not successful, you can also manually delete the VSTOInstaller.exe.config:

Windows 64-bit
  1. Click the Windows Start button and paste %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VSTO\10.0\ into the search box
  2. Hit Enter on your keyboard
  3. Delete VSTOInstaller.exe.config
Windows 32-bit
  1. Click the Windows Start button and paste %ProgramFiles (x86)%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VSTO\10.0\ into the search box
  2. Hit Enter on your keyboard
  3. Delete VSTOInstaller.exe.config
