  3. Possibility to choose which email attachments should be attachend to issue

    When I create an issue from an initial email or when I attach an email to an existing issue, there are often attachments, that are not needed. These could be pictures in email signature or attachments in email replies, that just have been in initial email already. So it would be very helpful, if I could choose which email attachments should be attached to an issue and which schould be not attached.

  4. Mark projects to sync

    Currently all projects are synced with the Redmine Plugin, but I’m not responsible for all projects. Therefore it would be great, If I could mark all projects to be synced.

  5. Highlight quotes in the task containing several emails.

    While convert email to the task the text of the email is mixed with the signatures (all in one font) and there is no highlighting of citation.

  7. By creating a new ticket don't fill the 'Start Date' field

    By creating a new ticket we have to clear each time (manually) the start due date. Is it possible to change and fix this function in the settings? We don't need to have the "today date" as start due date in our tickets.

  8. To realize the possibility of selecting the default font in the settings

    We can not change the settings the art of font we want to use as default. The font, for example, Arial-11 must be changed manually every time. Redmine takes the Calibri as default.

  11. Auto-populate Project + Tracker on issue created from email

    I would like the option to define a default project + tracker which could be changed if required in the issue creation window.

    In my case the default project would be <Project:HelpDesk><Tracker:New Requests> which has a minimum of mandatory and custom fields to allow for very quick issue creation.

  12. Redmine Calendar: to set color automatically for determine which project is concern by an event

    The problem is that project director see all calendars of all project (and personal) and it is not simple to determine easily owner of each event.
    But if it is not possible we will find another method. Just if you have an idea we take it ;-)

  13. We are looking for an option to enter the information as I send the email it would work with the automatic timer

    We are looking for an option to attach the emails to client files upfront when the time entry is created. This way we do not have to open the time log after every email to make changes (ie. attach the file to a matter or add the description). Because with the interface now, I am not forced to enter in those key details unless I go to the time log.   14. Custom Naming of your plugin in Outlook

    My coworkers don't have to know what Redmine is.
    They just get new Options for creating Tickets.

    So in my case nothing should be displayed about Redmine.

  16. Possibility to print (in a pdf file) the result of the query

    The Query feature worked fine on my machine.
    I would add the possibility to print (in a pdf file) the result of the query like in Redmine.

    Support display and maintenance of "Related Issues" within the Outlook Plugin. Currently only the "Parent Task" relation seems to be supported.

  20. Support IE proxy setting

    We need your redmine-outlook addon support proxy setting.
    Without proxy enable, your addon doesn't work on our firewall environment.
    All our connections should go through proxy server.
